Rubber H07RN-F Cables

Power Flex Rubber insulated cables combine robustness and flexibility to provide power supply to portable electrical equipment and devices. The mechanical stresses involved in moving apparatus require cables to withstand a high degree of wear-and-tear. Our cables are submersible, grease, chemical and oil resistant.

These flexible rubber cables are suitable for a wide range of applications including mobile power supplies, light and heavy duty equipment, submersible pumps, welding cables providing power from the machine to the tool, for audio visual equipment, and equipment on construction sites.

We offer a range of rubber cables to suit multiple applications.

Top Cable XTREM H07RN-F (H07RN8-F) – This Cable is prescribed for outdoor and underwater applications requiring a mobile service cable to endure the elements. It is manfactured with ozone protection and water resistant insulation designed for supplying power to inline submerged pumps, building sites and mobile tools or equipment. The Xtrem H07RN-F is certified for use in drinking water according to AS/NZS 4020 in association with the Australian Water Quality Centre (AWQC). The Xtrem H07RN-F is designed and produced in Barcelona, Spain and is approved under the EU Harmonised <HAR> certification by Cenelec.

This cable is selected when the installer/project requires:

  • Compact overall diameter (the genuine elastomer compounds such as EPDM, R-EP-90 and PCP enable high performance and protection and maintain a moderate overall size)
  • Gaurantee of protection against water ingress – Xtrem H07RN-F has been developed, tested and certified to withstand AD8 Submersion, it is always manufactured in the same production facility by Top Cable and certified for deep water applications, including contact with drinking water.
  • Cable for reusable purpose, hire and for long term use, e.g., (harnessings for stage equipment, Powerlock leads, heavy duty extension cords)
  • Maritime applications requiring the DNV approval certificate
  • Torsion protection, the Xtrem H07RN-F has successfully passed the alternate flexion test, this exposes the cable to 30,000 cycles of tension under thermal, electrical and mechanical load. This means it can be used as a mobile service cable and it is suitable for movement in the cable once the power is turned on. Such examples where a mobile service cable are required including connection to motors and pumps which exhibit vibration, mechanical reelers where the cable is being rolled up and down under load, windmills, agricultural machines, industrial cleaning equipment and hand tools.

Top Cable XTREM DN-F –  The DN-F is able to operated at maximum demand for long periods, and is prescribed for power hungry equipment such as HVAC, Manufacturing and industries such as dairies, meat & poultry, brewerys where robust and reliable power is non-negotiable. Xtrem DN-F is suitable for  installation in dry, damp or wet locations, outdoors, for hazardous areas with explosive gas atmospheres, machines in industrial workshops, motors and transportable machines; on construction sites and for agricultural exploitations.
Suitable for submerged installations (AD8).  The 0.6/1kV Voltage rating is maintained under fixed, flexing and mobile services.
